Ristretto
The "Ristretto" is not only our latest creation. It is also somewhat a step back to the very bottom of our philosophy: Combining modern day performance with classy looks. The Ristretto's engine donor is the actual Moto Guzzi California with 1400 ccm and a hell of a lot of torque. It handles the California's 322 kg pretty swift. Just imagine what it can do with a bike weighing slightly under 200 kg with the tank packed! Our digital ignition in combination with the Keihin carburetors add further punch to the basic 96 hp.
The bikes sporty character is underlined by using our Radical Guzzi rear end, a Marzocchi upside-down fork with 58 mm beams and Öhlin components. The element coining the bike's appearance is undoubtedly the exhaust pipe. Unique, handmade. radical.
Our first step into the project was collecting ideas and feed them to Sylvain Berneron, who then developed a scetch of the bike. He delivered not only a good looking scetch, but one that was based on real measurements. That really helps to visualize the proportions of all the elements. Thanx again to Sylvain
